Abstract: As a result of a long-term experiment concerning the time-dependent characteristic of the high-strength concrete that uses the air entraining and high range water reducing agent, this research is summary. The following results were obtained from this research, 1) The drying shrinkage strain of concrete increases as the amount of the unit cement increased. 2) The creep coefficient is not proportional to the amount of the unit cement.
