| 抄録: | Effect of OH groups included in quartz on the thermal behavior and the crystal structure of quartz were investigated. OH groups had no effect on α-β phase transition of quartz, contrary to lattice defect and impurities. Quartz containing OH groups was characterized by (1) the value of activation energy at the α-β phase transition, (2) the change of unit cell volume with microwave irradiation. |
