Abstract: Super-high resistivity measuring equipment using magnetically levitated ionization chamber was developed. By using this equipment. we can take influence of noise by a background and measure the resistance accurately. This time, taking the measure which prevents a surface-end electric current of a sample, we could measure the true current value. So, more than 1018Ω of resistance value could be calculated from the value.
