Abstract: How should we bridge between the production, the consumption and the waste, using IT (Information Technology) to preserve natural environment of a city, to exclude EDC (Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals) and to make the citizens happy? One of the answers to its question is to make the bridging interactive communication between the producer and the consumer to choose the best recyclable way about the prodcing and consuming, supported by green society, ie. A=B=C (Administration=Business=Consumer), using IT. It is the green distribution. Our last answer is for us to do Prosumerism (Producer + Consumerism) movement to build up the distribution system based on the ecological LC (Life Cycle: P→D→C→W→WOW→R [Production→Distribution→Consumption→Waste→Waste Out Washing→Recycle], considering LCA (Life Cycle Assessment)・LCM (Management). IT supports the Prosumerism through its communication and processing function, One to One communication/Reasonable price communication/Fast communication (by Mr. Takenaka)/World wide communication/Horizontal Communication/Sharing the knowledge or information contents/Creation of the idea/Nature friendly communication/User friendly operation. This paper will show some ways to answer the question to use IT.
